Made Breakfast Sausage Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until fully browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon a small amount of the cooked sausage onto each crescent roll triangle. If desired, sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions on top of the sausage.
  5. Roll up each crescent triangle, starting from the wide end, and place them on the baking sheet.
