Low-Calorie Dessert Recipe

This creamy and satisfying dessert is packed with protein and fiber, making it a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, grated coconut, or a drizzle of honey

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a thick pudding.
  3. Serve: Divide the pudding into serving bowls and top with your desired toppings. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • For a thicker pudding, add more chia seeds.
  • Experiment with different flavors by adding a teaspoon of peanut butter, a dash of cinnamon, or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
