Lobster Rolls Recipe

A classic and delicious lobster roll, perfect for a light and refreshing meal.


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 4 hot dog rolls or split-top rolls
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the lobster salad:
    In a bowl, mix the chopped lobster meat with mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and chives. Add Dijon mustard if using. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  2. Toast the rolls:
    Brush the inside of the hot dog rolls with melted butter and toast them in a pan until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Assemble the lobster rolls:
    Place a lettuce leaf (if using) inside each toasted roll. Spoon the lobster mixture generously into each roll.
  4. Serve and enjoy:
    Serve the lobster rolls immediately with chips or a side salad for a perfect meal!
