Ingredients:

- 1 pound ground beef

- For the Topping:
- 1 (30 ounce) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, or a blend of cheeses.
- Optional toppings: green onions, sour cream, bacon bits
Instructions:
- Prepare the Meat Filling:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and bell pepper (if using) over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
