Loaded Steak Quesadilla

Description

This delicious Loaded Steak Quesadilla features a soft flour tortilla filled with juicy sliced beef, melted cheese, fresh vegetables, pico de gallo, and creamy guacamole sauce. It’s crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside—perfect for lunch, dinner, or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 200g beef steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup pico de gallo (chopped tomatoes & onions)
  • ¼ cup guacamole or avocado sauce
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 1 small bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh coriander (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook for 4–5 minutes until tender.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 2 minutes until soft. Remove from heat.
  4. Heat another pan on low-medium heat. Place one tortilla in the pan.
  5. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  6. Add cooked beef mixture on one half.
  7. Top with pico de gallo and guacamole.
  8. Fold the tortilla in half.
  9. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
  10. Remove and cut into triangles.

  • Use thin steak cuts like sirloin or flank for best results.
  • For extra flavor, marinate beef with lemon juice and spices for 30 minutes.
  • Add jalapeños for a spicy kick 🌶️
  • Serve with sour cream or salsa for dipping.
