- 12 oz (340g) pasta (penne or rotini work well)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth (or water)
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped pickles or tomatoes (optional for topping)
- Crumbled cooked bacon (optional for topping)
- Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. - Brown the Beef:
In a large skillet or pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. - Add Aromatics:
Stir in chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened. - Season It:
Add salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and let it cook for another minute. - Make the Alfredo Sauce:
Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream and beef broth. Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes. - Melt in the Cheese:

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the cheeseburger Alfredo sauce. - Load It Up:
Top with optional pickles, tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and a sprinkle of chopped parsley or green onions. - Serve:
