  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pickles or tomatoes (optional for topping)
  • Crumbled cooked bacon (optional for topping)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the Beef:
In a large skillet or pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  3. Add Aromatics:
Stir in chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  4. Season It:

  5. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream and beef broth. Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Melt in the Cheese:
Stir in cheddar cheese and Parmesan until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Combine:
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the cheeseburger Alfredo sauce.
  8. Load It Up:
Top with optional pickles, tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and a sprinkle of chopped parsley or green onions.
  9. Serve:
