Liver – GARLIC LEMON CARROT Elixir


Ingredients

  • 3 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for taste)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    Wash and chop the carrots. Peel the garlic cloves. Juice the lemon.
  2. Blend:
    In a blender, add the chopped carrots, garlic cloves, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain (Optional):
    If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh or cheesecloth.
  4. Sweeten (Optional):
