Ingredients
- 4 whole garlic bulbs (peeled)
- 6 fresh lemons (preferably organic)
- 1 liter of water
- 2–3 inches fresh ginger (optional for extra cleansing benefits)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Peel the garlic cloves.
- Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into quarters (leave the peel on if organic).
- Peel and slice the ginger (optional).
- Blend the Mixture:
- In a blender, combine garlic, lemons, and ginger (if using).
- Blend into a thick paste.
- Boil the Mixture:
- In a large pot, add the paste and 1 liter of water.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then turn off the heat immediately.
- Let it cool to room temperature.
- Strain and Store:
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh or cheesecloth.
- Pour into a glass jar or bottle with a lid.
- Store in the refrigerator.
How to Use:
- Drink 1/4 cup (about 60 ml) on an empty stomach every morning for 3 consecutive days.
- Repeat the cleanse once a month or as needed.
