- 1 package (3 oz) lime Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained

- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve lime Jell-O in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, then add cold water.
- Stir in the crushed pineapple (with juice) and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add it into the Jell-O mixture and blend until combined.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and whipped topping until everything is evenly mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until set and fluffy.
