Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) lime Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve lime Jell-O in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, then add cold water.
  2. Stir in the crushed pineapple (with juice) and mix well.
