Ingredients
- 4 fresh garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 2 whole lemons (preferably organic)
- 3 cups (750 ml) filtered water
- 1–2 tablespoons raw honey (optional, for taste)
- 1 small piece (1-inch) fresh ginger (optional, for extra benefits)
Instructions
- Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into slices (keep the peel).
- In a blender, combine the lemon slices, crushed garlic, and ginger (if using).
- Add the water and blend until well mixed.
- Strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
- Pour into a glass jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator.
- Drink 1/2 cup on an empty stomach in the morning and another 1/2 cup before bed for 3 days.
