- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken – In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Sauté the Garlic – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook the Chicken – Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Add Lemon & Butter – Reduce heat to low, add butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir to coat the chicken evenly. Let it cook for another minute.
- Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
