Lemon & Garlic Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken – In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  2. Sauté the Garlic – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cook the Chicken – Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Add Lemon & Butter – Reduce heat to low, add butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir to coat the chicken evenly. Let it cook for another minute.
  5. Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
