Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the lemon pie filling evenly on the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Drop spoonfuls over the pie filling.
  4. Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the top.
  5. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix (do not stir).
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and slightly crispy.
