- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 (21 oz) can lemon pie filling (or lemon curd)
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread lemon filling evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- Beat cream cheese mixture: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the lemon filling.
- Add cake mix: Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Add butter: Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix (try to cover as much as possible).
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
