Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Make the crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a small baking dish or into cups for individual servings. Chill while making the filling.
  2. Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Beat until creamy.
  3. Fold in whipped cream: Gently fold in the whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.
