Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them lightly to release their natural oils.
  2. Add the garlic (and ginger, if using) to the clean jar.
  3. Pour in the olive oil until the garlic is fully covered.
  4. Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 3–5 days to infuse.
  5. After infusing, strain the oil to remove the garlic pieces.
  6. To use: Warm a small amount of the garlic oil slightly. Massage gently onto legs, knees, or affected joints for 5–10 minutes.
  7. Repeat daily, especially before bedtime, for best results.
