Instructions
- Peel the garlic cloves and crush them lightly to release their natural oils.
- Add the garlic (and ginger, if using) to the clean jar.
- Pour in the olive oil until the garlic is fully covered.
- Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 3–5 days to infuse.
- After infusing, strain the oil to remove the garlic pieces.
- To use: Warm a small amount of the garlic oil slightly. Massage gently onto legs, knees, or affected joints for 5–10 minutes.
- Repeat daily, especially before bedtime, for best results.
