INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the Mix: Combine crushed garlic, ginger (if using), turmeric, and apple cider vinegar in the glass jar. Pour the olive oil over everything until fully covered.
- Let It Infuse: Close the jar tightly and let the mixture sit in a cool, dark place for 5–7 days. Shake gently once daily.
- Strain & Store: After infusing, strain the oil and store it in a clean jar or bottle.
- How to Use: Warm a small amount of the oil slightly and massage it into painful areas – knees, legs, or swollen veins – 2 times a day.
- Optional Soothing Tip: Wrap the area with a warm towel after applying the oil for deeper relief.
