INGREDIENTS
- 10 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 cup olive oil (extra virgin preferred)
- 1 small lemon (optional – for enhanced anti-inflammatory effects)
- Glass jar with lid
INSTRUCTIONS
- Crush the garlic cloves gently to release the oils, but don’t completely mash them.
- Place the garlic in a clean glass jar.
- Pour in the olive oil until the garlic is fully submerged.
- (Optional) Add a few slices of lemon for extra anti-inflammatory benefits.
- Seal the jar tightly and place it in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks. Shake it gently every day.
- After 2 weeks, strain the oil and store it in a dark glass bottle.
How to Use:
- Massage a small amount of the garlic oil onto the affected area (legs, knees, joints) 2 times a day — morning and evening.
- Let it absorb for at least 30 minutes before rinsing off or leaving it overnight.
