Ingredients
- 10–12 large garlic cloves
- 1 cup pure olive oil (or coconut oil)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon grated ginger (for extra anti-inflammatory boost)
Instructions
- Peel & Crush: Peel the garlic cloves and crush them slightly with the side of a knife to release their beneficial oils.
- Infuse: Place the garlic cloves in a clean glass jar. Pour the olive oil over the garlic until fully submerged.
- Steep: Seal the jar and store it in a cool, dark place for 1 week, shaking gently every day.
- Strain: After 1 week, strain the oil to remove the garlic pieces. Store the infused oil in a clean bottle or jar.
- How to Use:
- For leg pain, rheumatism, joint pain, or varicose veins, gently massage the garlic oil onto the affected area for 5–10 minutes daily.
- For headaches, rub a small amount onto your temples and the back of your neck.
- For arthritis, use it to massage stiff joints in the morning and before bed.
✅ Tip: Always do a patch test to make sure you don’t have a skin reaction.
✅ Note: This is a traditional remedy — it may help provide relief but does not replace medical advice.
