INGREDENT

  • 10 garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)
  • 1 cup olive oil (or mustard oil for warming effect)
  • 1 small piece of ginger (optional, anti-inflammatory)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder (optional, anti-inflammatory)
  • Glass jar with lid

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlic Oil:
    • In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil on low heat.
    • Add the crushed garlic and ginger. Stir occasionally.
    • Cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes until the garlic is golden brown but not burnt.
    • Add turmeric (if using) and stir for another 30 seconds.
    • Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
  2. Strain & Store:
    • Strain the oil into a clean glass jar or bottle.
    • Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 2 weeks.
  3. How to Use:
    • Warm a small amount of the oil before use.
    • Gently massage into affected areas: legs, joints, or temples for headache relief.
    • Let it absorb for 20–30 minutes, then rinse if desired.
    • Use daily or as needed for natural relief.
