INGREDENT
- 10 garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)
- 1 cup olive oil (or mustard oil for warming effect)
- 1 small piece of ginger (optional, anti-inflammatory)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder (optional, anti-inflammatory)
- Glass jar with lid
Instructions
- Prepare the Garlic Oil:
- In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil on low heat.
- Add the crushed garlic and ginger. Stir occasionally.
- Cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes until the garlic is golden brown but not burnt.
- Add turmeric (if using) and stir for another 30 seconds.
- Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
- Strain & Store:
- Strain the oil into a clean glass jar or bottle.
- Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 2 weeks.
- How to Use:
- Warm a small amount of the oil before use.
- Gently massage into affected areas: legs, joints, or temples for headache relief.
- Let it absorb for 20–30 minutes, then rinse if desired.
- Use daily or as needed for natural relief.
