Ingredients

  • 10 garlic cloves (fresh, peeled)
  • 200 ml olive oil (or mustard oil or coconut oil)
  • Optional: 1 tsp turmeric powder (anti-inflammatory)
  • Clean glass jar with lid

Instructions

  1. Crush the peeled garlic cloves slightly to release their natural oils, but don’t mash them completely.
  2. Place the garlic in the glass jar.
  3. Pour the olive oil (or chosen oil) over the garlic until completely submerged.
  4. If using turmeric, add it now and stir gently.
  5. Seal the jar tightly and let the mixture infuse for 5–7 days in a cool, dark place. Shake the jar gently once a day.
  6. After infusion, strain the oil (optional) and store it in a clean bottle.
  7. To use: Warm a small amount of the garlic oil slightly and gently massage onto painful areas—legs, knees, or wherever discomfort is present. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or overnight, then rinse if desired.
