🧄 Ingredient
- 5–6 whole cloves
- 1 cup hot water
- Optional: 1 tsp honey (for added soothing effect)
- Optional: 1 small slice of ginger or a squeeze of lemon
🫖 Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water.
- Add cloves (and ginger if using) to a cup.
- Pour hot water over the cloves and steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain and add honey or lemon, if desired.
- Sip slowly while warm, 2–3 times a day for relief.
💡 Tip: You can also gently chew on a clove for 5–10 minutes if you don’t have time for tea. Its natural oils have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
