KILLS Sore Throat and Inflammation

🧄 Ingredient

  • 5–6 whole cloves
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey (for added soothing effect)
  • Optional: 1 small slice of ginger or a squeeze of lemon

🫖 Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water.
  2. Add cloves (and ginger if using) to a cup.
  3. Pour hot water over the cloves and steep for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Strain and add honey or lemon, if desired.
  5. Sip slowly while warm, 2–3 times a day for relief.

💡 Tip: You can also gently chew on a clove for 5–10 minutes if you don’t have time for tea. Its natural oils have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
