These Keto S’mores Roll-Ups are a low-carb, sugar-free twist on the classic campfire treat! With gooey melted chocolate and marshmallow flavor wrapped in a crispy keto-friendly shell, this dessert satisfies your cravings without the guilt. Perfect for a quick snack or a fun keto dessert.


Ingredients

  • 4 low-carb tortillas (or use homemade keto tortillas)
  • 4 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp sugar-free marshmallow cream (or whipped cream cheese mixed with a few drops of marshmallow flavor extract)
  • 2 tbsp almond flour or crushed keto-friendly graham crackers (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
