Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined into a dough-like consistency.
  4. Fold in the diced ham, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  5. Use your hands or a spoon to form small bite-sized balls of the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
