Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined into a dough-like consistency.
- Fold in the diced ham, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Use your hands or a spoon to form small bite-sized balls of the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
