Ingredients

  • 4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small cucumber or ½ bell pepper, cut into thin strips

  • 1–2 green onions, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Lay the ham slices flat on a clean surface or parchment paper.
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of cream cheese over each slice of ham.
  3. Place cucumber, bell pepper, carrot (if using), and green onion strips along one edge of the ham.
  4. Roll the ham tightly around the filling to form a log.
