Ingredients
- 8–10 slices of deli ham (thin, but not too delicate)
- 4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened
- 1 small cucumber or ½ bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 small carrot (optional, for crunch, can omit for strict keto)
- 1–2 green onions, cut into matchsticks
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Lay the ham slices flat on a clean surface or parchment paper.
- Spread a thin, even layer of cream cheese over each slice of ham.
- Place cucumber, bell pepper, carrot (if using), and green onion strips along one edge of the ham.
- Roll the ham tightly around the filling to form a log.
- Repeat with remaining ham slices.
- Slice each roll in half (or into bite-sized pieces) for easy serving.
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or serve plain.
Tip: Chill the rolls in the fridge for 20 minutes before slicing for neater cuts.
