- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt if preferred)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (or lemon juice)

- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery (optional for crunch)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped jalapeño for a kick
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the cooked chicken, diced avocado, red onion, celery, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) with fresh lime juice.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently stir to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add jalapeño if you like extra heat.
- Serve immediately, or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
