Ingredients

  • 1 lb large scallops, thawed and patted dry

  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
