Just Mix Grated Potatoes, Eggs, Ham & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons oil or butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, eggs, diced ham, shredded cheese, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil or butter.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan, flatten slightly to form patties.
  5. Cook for about 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with sour cream or your favorite dip!
