Instructions
- Peel the ginger and grate it finely using a grater.
- Take about 1 teaspoon of the grated ginger and mix it with 1 teaspoon of salt in a small bowl.
- Stir well to form a coarse paste.
- Using a clean toothbrush or your fingertip, gently apply the ginger-salt mixture to your teeth.
- Rub lightly for about 1–2 minutes, focusing on any stained areas.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
- Use this natural trick no more than 2–3 times a week to help brighten your smile naturally.
