- 2 cups milk (whole or low-fat)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (or rice flour)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 cup fresh fruit (strawberries, mango, banana, or berries), chopped

Instructions
- In a small pot, pour the milk and add the cornstarch. Whisk well until the cornstarch is fully dissolved and there are no lumps.
- Place the pot over medium heat. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens and reaches a pudding-like consistency.
- Remove from heat. Stir in the honey or sugar and vanilla extract, if using.
- Gently fold in the chopped fresh fruit.
- Pour the mixture into small bowls or cups. Top with extra fruit if you like.
- Serve warm or chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes for a cool, creamy treat.
