Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add the milk and sugar. Stir well and place over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of cold milk.
  3. Once the milk starts to heat up, add the cornstarch mixture while stirring continuously.
