Instructions
- In a saucepan, add the milk and sugar. Stir well and place over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of cold milk.
- Once the milk starts to heat up, add the cornstarch mixture while stirring continuously.
- Keep stirring until the milk thickens into a smooth, pudding-like consistency (about 2-3 minutes).
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract if using. Let it cool slightly.
- Spoon the milk pudding into serving cups and top generously with fresh diced fruit.
