INSTRUCTIONS
- In a saucepan, whisk together the milk, cornstarch, sweetener, and salt until smooth.
- Place the pan over medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens (about 3–5 minutes).
- Once thickened, remove from heat and add the vanilla extract (if using).
- Pour the mixture into small bowls or cups and let it cool slightly.
