Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 glass (about 250 ml) of water
- Juice of half a fresh lemon
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chia seeds in a glass of water. Stir well so they don’t clump together.
- Let the mixture sit for about 10–15 minutes so the chia seeds swell and form a gel-like texture.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and honey (if using). Stir well.
- Drink this on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
- Follow with a glass of plain water if needed.
Tip: Always drink plenty of water throughout the day when consuming chia seeds to help them digest properly.
