Juicy Pineapple Heaven Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 1 (15.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained  
  • Optional: 1/2 cup shredded coconut

For the Frosting:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, well drained.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Maraschino cherries and extra shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions:

Cake:

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
