  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon jerk seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, jerk seasoning, and lemon pepper seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Tips:

  • For a spicier salmon, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mixture.
  • Serve the salmon with your favorite sides, such as rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables.
  • Enjoy!
