Ingredients:
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin on
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon jerk seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, jerk seasoning, and lemon pepper seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
