  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup melted butter (plus extra for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
