🥣 Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
- 1 large egg
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.

- Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and gently mix in the shredded cheese.
- Shape into a loaf or rolls and place in a greased baking pan.
- Cover and let it rise again for 30–40 minutes.
- Brush the top lightly with olive oil or egg wash.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown.
