Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 eggs

- ¼ cup vegetable oil or melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan. - Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and sugar. - Add Cheese
Stir in the grated cheese and coat it well with flour. - Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and oil (or butter). - Combine
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix. - Bake
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 40–45 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. - Cool & Serve
Let it cool for 10 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
