Instructions
- If using dried moringa powder, add it to a cup of warm water and stir well. If using fresh leaves, crush them lightly and steep in warm water for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain if needed (especially if using fresh leaves).
- Add raw honey and lemon juice if desired for flavor and added health benefits.
- Drink once daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum absorption.
