- 1 can (20 oz / 565 g) crushed pineapple, well-drained
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple and fold gently to distribute evenly.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving dish or individual dessert cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours, or until set and well chilled.
- Serve cold, optionally garnished with pineapple chunks or mint leaves.
Tip: For a firmer texture, you can freeze for 1 hour before serving for an ice cream–like treat.
If you want, I can also give you a fluffier version of this dessert with a lighter texture. Would you like me to do that next?
