Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried bilberry leaves (or fresh bilberry leaves)
- 1 teaspoon dried fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger root (or fresh, grated)
- 1 teaspoon dried green tea leaves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (or 1 small cinnamon stick)
- 1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers (optional)
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
- Add bilberry leaves, fennel seeds, turmeric, ginger, green tea, cinnamon, and chamomile (if using).
- Let the ingredients steep for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey and lemon juice if desired.
- Stir well and enjoy warm.
Tip: Drink this tea once or twice daily for the best results.
