🧂 INGREDENT
- 1 tsp ginger powder (freshly ground or dried)
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- A few drops of lemon juice (optional, for extra whitening)
- A soft toothbrush
🪥 Instructions
- Mix ginger powder and sea salt in a small bowl.
- Add 1–2 drops of lemon juice to form a slightly damp mixture.
- Dip your toothbrush into the mixture and gently brush your teeth for 1–2 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
- Use 2–3 times a week for naturally whiter, healthier-looking teeth!
