Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- Β½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- ΒΎ cup granulated sugar
- Β½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- ΒΌ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat Oven β Set your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Blend Ingredients β In a blender, combine eggs, melted butter, sugar, flour, milk, vanilla extract, salt, and shredded coconut. Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).
- Pour & Bake β Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Cool & Serve β Allow the pie to cool to room temperature before slicing. The magic happens as it bakes β forming its own crust!
