Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized red onions
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or castor oil for extra thickness)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for added shine)
Instructions
- Peel and chop the onions into small pieces.
- Blend the chopped onions into a smooth paste using a blender or food processor.
- Strain the onion juice through a cheesecloth or fine strainer to remove the pulp.
- Heat the coconut oil in a small pan on low flame.
- Add the onion juice to the oil and simmer for 5–7 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Turn off the heat and let the oil cool down.
- Strain again to remove any residue and store in a clean, dry glass bottle.
To Use:
- Apply a few drops of the oil directly to the scalp, especially on bald or thinning spots.
- Gently massage for 5–10 minutes to boost blood circulation.
- Leave it on for at least 1 hour or overnight for better results.
- Wash off with a mild shampoo.
- Use 2–3 times a week consistently for visible improvement.
