- 1 large aloe vera leaf (or 2 smaller ones)

Instructions
- Harvest the Gel: Cut the aloe vera leaf and let the yellow sap (latex) drain out — this can be irritating if consumed. Then slice open the leaf and scoop out the clear gel using a spoon.
