Ingredients

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the ginger powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper.
- Mix well, then stir in honey if using, to create a paste-like consistency.
- To use as a drink:
- Add 1 teaspoon of the mixture to a cup of warm water or herbal tea.
- Stir thoroughly and drink once or twice a day, preferably in the morning and before bedtime.
- Store the dry mixture in an airtight jar away from direct sunlight.
