INGREDENT
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (antifungal base)
- 5 drops tea tree essential oil (powerful antifungal & antibacterial)
- 3 drops oregano essential oil (natural fungus fighter)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (restores pH & prevents fungal growth)
- 1 tbsp aloe vera gel (soothes & nourishes nails/skin)
Instructions
- In a small glass bowl, mix the coconut oil, aloe vera gel, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Add tea tree and oregano essential oils, stir well.
- Store in a small glass jar with a lid.
- To use: wash your feet/hands thoroughly, dry completely, then apply a thin layer of this mixture directly on the affected nail and surrounding skin.
- Let it absorb for at least 20 minutes (or leave overnight with a breathable cotton bandage).
- Repeat 1–2 times daily for consistent results.
- Trim nails regularly and keep them clean & dry for best healing.
💡 Tip: Consistency is key—natural remedies take time, but within a few weeks nails will look healthier, stronger, and shinier.
Do you want me to also create a faster “soak method” version (using vinegar + warm water) as an alternative option?
