Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and ¼ cup peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the bars are firm.
