Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon whole cloves
- 2 cups water
- Optional:
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon honey (for sweetness)

Instructions
- In a small pot, add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the whole cloves (and cinnamon stick if using) to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a cup.
- Add honey and lemon if desired.
