I Don’t Eat White Flour! Bread in a Jar in a Minute! No Yeast, No Sugar

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp oat flour (or almond flour)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (or melted coconut oil)
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: herbs, seeds, or spices for flavor (like rosemary, flax seeds, or garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the jar – Lightly grease a microwave-safe jar or mug with oil or cooking spray.
  2. Mix ingredients – In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour into jar – Transfer the mixture into the prepared jar, smoothing the top.
  4. Microwave – Cook on high for about 1 to 1½ minutes, depending on your microwave’s power.
  5. Cool and serve – Let it cool slightly, then remove from jar or eat it right from the jar. Slice if needed.

Notes:

  • You can double the recipe for a larger portion (just adjust the cooking time).
  • This bread is soft and slightly dense, perfect for quick sandwiches or as a side with soup!
