INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, add warm water, sugar, and yeast. Mix and let it rest for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and cooking oil to the bowl. Mix well using a spoon or spatula.
  3. Stir until a sticky dough forms. Do not knead.
  4. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes or until doubled in size.
